摘　　要：[目的]分析生物医药产业集群对区域经济影响的空间溢出效应,为生物医药产业发展提供参考。[方法]基于2010-2022年30个省份面板数据,以生物医药产业集聚为基础,运用空间杜宾模型,实证研究生物医药产业集群发展对区域经济增长的空间溢出效应。[结果]生物医药产业集聚的直接效应、间接效应和总效应的回归系数分别为0.055、0.265、0.320(P<0.05);东部、中部、西部地区的直接效应均为正(P<0.05),间接效应存在不同,回归系数分别为-0.048(P<0.1)、0.034、0.722(P<0.01)。[结论]我国生物医药产业集群对本区域经济增长具有显著正向影响,对邻近地区存在显著正向溢出效应;东部地区对邻近区域经济增长有抑制作用,中部地区起正向溢出作用但不显著,西部地区起显著正向溢出效应。Objective To analyze the spatial spillover effect of biomedical industry clusters on regional economic growth in China,and to provide the reference for the development of biomedical industry.Methods Based on the panel data of 30 provinces from 2010 to 2022 and biomedical industry clusters,spatial Durbin model was used to empirically examine the spatial spillover effect of the development of biomedical industry clusters on regional economic growth.Results The regression coefficients of the direct effect,indirect effect,and total effect of the biomedical industry agglomeration were 0.055,0.265 and 0.320(P<0.05),respectively.The direct effect in eastern,central,and western regions was positive(P<0.05),while the indirect effect was different,with regression coefficients of-0.048(P<0.1),0.034 and 0.722(P<0.01),respectively.Conclusions China's biomedical industry clusters have a significant positive impact on regional economic growth,and has a significant positive spillover effect on neighboring areas.The eastern region has an inhibitory effect on the economic growth of neighboring regions;the central region has a positive spillover effect but not significant,and the western region has a significant positive spillover effect.
