摘　　要：[目的]研究海南省农村老年人互助养老参与意愿及影响因素,结合乡村振兴战略为农村互助养老的可持续健康发展提出可行建议。[方法]对海南省551名60岁及以上农村老年人进行问卷调查,采用二元Logistic回归分步建立模型分析数据。[结果]46.3%的老年人愿意参与互助养老,文化程度、自理程度、养老困难、月收入、居住方式、子女数量、子女外出务工、生活帮助群体、养老依靠观念、养老服务需求等变量对农村互助养老意愿产生显著影响。[结论]海南省农村老年人互助意愿偏低,互助养老内驱力不足。可依托乡村产业振兴拓宽互助养老资金来源,培养老年人的互助意识,开发农村老年人力资源,将养老需求融入互助活动,建立有序、规范、民主的农村互助养老体系,配套评估监督机制,激活老年人参与动力,实现互助养老自我可持续发展。Objective To study the willingness and influencing factors of elderly people in rural areas of Hainan Province to participate in mutual-aid elderly care,and to propose feasible suggestions for the sustainable and healthy development of mutual-aid elderly care in rural areas combined with the rural revitalization strategy.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 551 elderly people aged 60 and above in rural areas of Hainan Province,and the data were analyzed by binary logistic regression model.Results 46.3%of the elderly were willing to participate in mutual-aid elderly care.Variables such as education levels,self-care levels,difficulties in elderly care,monthly income,modes of living,the number of children,children as migrant workers,life assistance groups,concept of elderly care,and demand for elderly care services had a significant impact on the willingness to participate in mutual-aid elderly care in rural areas.Conclusions Elderly people in rural areas of Hainan Province have a low willingness to participate in mutual-aid elderly care,and mutual-aid elderly care lacks internal drive.It is necessary to rely on the revitalization of rural industries to broaden the sources of funds for mutual-aid elderly care,cultivate the awareness of mutual aid among the elderly,develop the human resources of the elderly in rural areas,integrate the needs for elderly care into mutual-aid activities,establish an orderly,standardized and democratic mutual-aid elderly care system in rural areas;and establish an evaluation and supervision mechanism to activate the motivation of the elderly and achieve self-sustainable development of mutual-aid elderly care.
