摘  要:为了探究凝灰岩粉在水泥基材料中的火山灰活性及水化反应规律,采用抗压强度比、比强度等指标分析了粉煤灰和凝灰岩粉对水泥基材料力学性能的影响,并通过微观试验研究了粉煤灰和凝灰岩粉对水泥基材料的水化影响机理。结果表明:凝灰岩粉具有一定的火山灰活性,其随着掺量增加,力学性能降低;在28d时,掺入20%凝灰岩粉火山灰效应强度贡献率最大;凝灰岩粉颗粒的形态效应及晶核作用在水化初期更为显著。In order to explore the pozzolanic activity and hydration reaction of tuff powder in cement-based materials,the effects of fly ash and tuff powder on the mechanical properties of cement-based materials are analyzed by using compressive strength ratio and specific strength,and the influence mechanism of fly ash and tuff powder on the hydration of cement-based materials is studied through microscopic experiment.The results show that tuff powder has a certain amount of volcanic ash activity,and its mechanical properties decrease with the increase of tuff powder.At 28 days,the intensity contribution of 20%tuff powder is the highest.The morphological effect and crystal nucleation of tuff silt particles are more significant in the early stage of hydration.
