摘 要:多能互补是实现电力系统高质量发展的客观需要,构建科学、公平的收益分配机制是实现多能互补发展的重要保障。为了建立多能互补微电网系统收益分配机制,采用主、客观综合评价方法,构建了综合贡献度指标体系,从安全性、经济性和风险性等3个方面对多能互补微电网系统各参与主体的贡献度进行评价,并通过算例对所构建模型进行了实证验证。结果表明:基于综合贡献度的收益分配模型,可解决多能互补微电网系统各参与主体的收益分配问题,可以较好地适应由分布式新能源、储能、电力用户组成的多能互补微电网系统。以算例结果为例,分布式新能源参与剩余收益分配的比例约为30.22%,储能约为38.04%,电力用户约为31.74%。Multi-energy complementarity is an objective requirement to realize the high-quality development of the power system,and the construction of a scientific and fair revenue distribution mechanism is an important guarantee for the realization of multi-energy complementary development.In order to establish the revenue distribution mechanism of the multi-energy complementary microgrid system,the subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation methods are used to construct a comprehensive contribution index system,and the contribution of each participant of the multi-energy complementary microgrid system is evaluated from three aspects:safety,economy and risk,and the constructed model is empirically verified by examples.The results show that the revenue distribution model based on the comprehensive contribution degree can solve the revenue distribution problem of all participants in the multi-energy complementary microgrid system,and can be better adapted to the multi-energy complementary microgrid system composed of distributed new energy,energy storage and power users.The results of the example is as follows:the proportion of distributed renewable energy participating in the distribution of residual income is about 30.22%,that of energy storage is about 38.04%,and that of power users is about 31.74%.
