摘 要:城市网络结构韧性是灾情下的研究热点之一。文章以2022年上海新冠疫情为研究案例,发现疫情冲击下的长三角人流、信息流、复合流网络的结构韧性表现为先增强再减弱的动态响应态势,差异在于:人流网络韧性增强依靠疫情期间局部地区“城市小团体”的稳定,韧性减弱则是随着政策放开,核心、边缘城市间的联系逐渐恢复,使得区域处于不稳定状态;信息网络因为虚拟空间关注度增强导致整体网络联系的增强,韧性减弱则是热度下降后网络联系趋于常态化;复合网络受到叠加作用,整体波动较小且恢复速度较快,在复工阶段已经基本恢复。基于以上结论,本研究对城市网络应对突发卫生事件时的稳定与优化提出针对性建议。The resilience of urban network structure is one of the research hotspots in time of disasters.Taking the Shanghai epidemic as an example,this paper finds that,under the impact of the epidemic,the structure resilience of people flow,information flow and composite flow in the Yangtze River Delta region shows a trend of dynamic response,first strengthening and then gradually weakening.The difference lies in the fact that the resilience of people flow network depends on the stability of the local“urban groups”during the epidemic,while its weakening results from the recovery of the connection between the core and peripheral cities due to the policy changes,making the region in question temporarily unstable.The resilience of information network increases because greater attention to the virtual world enhances the overall network connectivity,while its weakening is a result of normalization of network connectivity after a decrease in popularity.The composite network,under the impact of the superposition effect,suffers from relatively small fluctuations and enjoys a fast recovery,and it almost fully recovered during the work resumption stage.Based on these research findings,targeted suggestions are proposed for the stability and optimization of urban network structures under epidemic impact in urban clusters.
