我国短道速滑运动员能力提升及项目发展研究——基于第48届短道速滑世锦赛1500 m项目成绩分析

摘　　要：短道速滑是我国冰上优势项目,关注其发展有助于推动中国式现代化体育理论的创新与实践。运用文献资料、录像观察、数理统计等研究方法,对第48届短道速滑世锦赛1500 m项目中我国运动员的竞技表现进行研究。发现韩国、美国、荷兰等国实力突出,对我国运动员争夺奖牌构成巨大挑战;我国运动员的体能和起跑速度有待加强,相对缺乏大赛经验和心理素质建设;引进优秀教练员和使用高科技训练装备是我国短道速滑项目发展的优势,后备人才不足及各地冰雪运动开展不均衡是我国短道速滑项目发展的劣势。建议构建成熟的体能训练体系和战术模拟训练体系,提升我国短道速滑运动员的身体素质和心理素质;继续加强科技创新投入和国际交流,为我国短道速滑运动员提供更多的参赛机会;加强短道速滑项目后备人才培养与储备,健全冰雪竞技体育人才市场。Short track speed skating is an advantageous sport on ice in our country.Paying attention to its development will help promote the innovation and practice of Chinese modern sports theory.This paper studies the competitive performance of Chinese athletes in the 1500 m event of the 48th Short Track Speed Skating World Championships by using the method of literature review,video observation,and mathematical statistics It is found that South Korea,the United States,the Netherlands and other countries are outstanding,posing a huge challenge to Chinese athletes in their medal competition;the physical fitness and starting speed of Chinese athletes need to be strengthened,and they are relatively lacking in competition experience and psychological quality construction;the introduction of excellent coaches and the use of high-tech training equipment are the advantages of the development of my country's short track speed skating project,while the lack of reserve talents and the uneven development of ice and snow sports in various regions are the disadvantages of the development of my country's short track speed skating project.It is suggested to build a mature physical training system and tactical simulation training system to improve the physical and psychological quality of Chinese short track speed skaters;continue to strengthen investment in scientific and technological innovation and international exchanges to provide more opportunities for Chinese short track speed skaters to participate;strengthen the training and reserve of reserve talents for short track speed skating projects,and improve the talent market for ice and snow competitive sports.
