摘  要:北京冬奥会的成功举办,有效扩大了冰球运动的大众关注度和青少年普及,对于我国冰球项目的长远发展意义重大。通过分析我国冰球运动青训实践的开展状况,发现整体上呈现出参与人数不断增长、赛事活动逐渐丰富、社会支持多元广泛的积极态势,但其中也存在冰球青训发展不平衡的问题,冰球青训理念与培养体系尚需完善,与世界冰球强国相比还处于起步发展阶段。对此,提出重视项目发展,强化基础建设;深化体教融合,完善竞赛体系;实施跨项选材,促进人才流动;丰富训练形式,拓宽国际交流等趋向性策略。通过强化冰球青训路径,完善冰球青训体系,夯实冰球人才储备根基,从而助力我国冬季运动发展和冰雪体育强国建设。The successful holding of the Beijing Winter Olympics has significantly increased public attention and youth participation in ice hockey,which is of great importance for the long-term development of the sport in China.By analyzing the current situation of youth ice hockey training practice in China,it is found that there is a positive trend characterized by a growing number of participants,increasingly diverse events,and broad social support.However,there are also problems such as uneven development of youth training,the training concepts and systems need to be improved,and China's position still being in the early stages of development compared to leading ice hockey nations.To address these challenges,the paper proposes several strategic directions:emphasizing project development and strengthening foundational infrastructure;deepening the integration of sports and education and improving the competition system;implementing cross-sport talent selection to promote talent mobility;enriching training methods and expanding international exchanges.By reinforcing the pathways for youth ice hockey training and enhancing the training system,China can solidify its talent reserves,thus contributing to the development of winter sports and the establishment of China as a leading ice and snow sports nation.
