摘　　要：体育服务综合体是一种全面整合资源、拓展消费空间的新形式,有助于优化我国冰雪体育休闲产业消费场景。通过对当前冰雪体育休闲产业服务综合体消费场景的要素与困境进行分析,发现在基础设施方面维护不力,制约消费场景品质提升;在配套服务方面供给不足,无法形成完整服务链条;在消费体验方面形式有限,难以满足用户体验需求;在环境氛围方面缺乏创新,平淡化同质化现象明显。提出依托冰雪体育场馆,打造以赛事为龙头的联动消费场景;发挥城市商业中心的区位优势,促进产景城融合发展;推动业态融合,创立冰雪体育休闲户外品牌;利用网络等渠道,催生冰雪体育休闲流量经济等路径。旨在以此提升冰雪体育休闲产业服务综合体消费场景品质,发挥更优理念、更多力量、更新模式融合而成的集聚效应,助力未来我国冰雪体育休闲产业的高质量发展。Sports service complex is a new form of comprehensive integration of resources and expansion of consumption space,it could help optimize the consumption scene of China's ice and snow sports and leisure industry.By analyzing the elements and dilemmas of the current consumption scene of ice and snow sports and leisure industry service complex,it is found that the maintenance of infrastructure is ineffective,which restricts the improvement of the quality of the consumption scene;the supply of supporting services is insufficient,which can't form a complete service chain;the form of consumption experience is limited,which is difficult to meet the user's experiential needs;and there is a lack of innovation in terms of the environmental atmosphere,which is obvious in the phenomenon of blandness and homogenization.Aiming to these problems,it proposes several pathways such as relying on ice and snow sports venues to create a tournament as the leading linkage of the consumer scene;playing the location advantages of urban commercial centers to promote the integrated development of production,landscape and city;promoting the integration of industry to create outdoor brands for ice and snow sports leisure;taking advantage of the network and other channels to foster the ice and snow sports leisure flow economy.By doing these measures,it can improve the quality of the consumption scene of the ice and snow sports leisure industry service complex,leveraging new ideas,greater resources,and innovative models to create an agglomeration effect,thereby supporting the highquality development of China's ice and snow sports leisure industry in the future.
