校园冰雪文化建设的价值旨归、经验解构与路径重塑——基于加拿大冰雪文化培育的启示

摘　　要：后冬奥时代,我国冰雪运动的持续普及应注重对于校园冰雪文化的建设,校园冰雪文化具有全面育人、潜在经济、社会引导、项目普及、冬奥传承等多重价值。从物质文化、制度文化及精神文化三个层次解构加拿大校园冰雪文化,发现其成功的文化培育经验助力了冰雪运动在本国的全面发展。提出通过吸引社会力量支持,引进冰雪教育人才,加大校园冰雪物质文化投入;通过重视课外体育活动,形成常态培育机制,构建校园冰雪文化制度环境;通过推进学科交叉融合,加强文化价值宣传,注重校园冰雪精神文化培植,以此实现我国校园冰雪文化建设的路径重塑。依托于构建具有中国特色的校园冰雪文化层次和逻辑,推进后冬奥时代校园冰雪运动的高质量、跨越式发展。In the post-Winter Olympics era,the ongoing promotion of ice and snow sports in China should emphasize the construction of campus ice and snow culture,which has multiple values such as comprehensive education,potential economy,social guidance,project popularization,and heritage of the Winter Olympics.The Canadian campus ice and snow culture is deconstructed from three levels:material culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture,and it is found that its successful cultural cultivation experience has contributed to the comprehensive development of ice and snow sports in the country.It is proposed to increase the investment in the material culture of campus ice and snow by attracting the support of social forces and introducing ice and snow education talents;to build the institutional environment of campus ice and snow culture by attaching importance to extracurricular sports activities and forming a regular cultivation mechanism;and to focus on the cultivation of the spiritual culture of campus ice and snow by advancing the interdisciplinary collaboration,strengthening cultural value dissemination,and focusing on cultivating the spiritual culture of ice and snow,in order to realise the pathway reshape for the construction of the culture of campus ice and snow in our country.Relying on the construction of campus ice and snow culture level and logic with Chinese characteristics,it can promote the high-quality and leapfrog development of campus ice and snow sports in the post-Winter Olympics era.
