摘　　要：磺胺抗菌增效剂属于人工合成的二氨基苄啶类药物,通过抑制二氢叶酸还原酶的活性,干扰细菌核酸和蛋白质的合成,从而发挥协同抗菌作用。近年来,常通过在抗菌药物中添加抗菌增效剂制成复方制剂来降低抗菌药物的使用量,增强药效,提高药物在机体的利用率。本文综合近年来国内外研究成果,对磺胺抗菌增效剂甲氧苄啶(TMP)、二甲氧苄啶(DVD)、艾地普林(ADP)、奥美普林(OMP)和各类抗生素联合使用制备的复方制剂进行综述,并对从中药中寻找抗菌增效剂进行展望,以期为后续抗菌增效剂制剂的开发提供参考。Sulfonamide antibacterial synergists belong to synthetic diaminopyrimidine drugs that exert synergistic antibacterial effects by inhibiting the activity of dihydrofolate reductase,thereby interfering with bacterial nucleic acid and protein synthesis.In recent years,compound preparations have commonly been produced by adding antibacterial synergists to antibacterial drugs to reduce the dosage of antibacterial drugs,enhance drug efficacy,and improve the bioavailability of the drugs in the body.This article summarizes the domestic and international research findings in recent years,focusing on compound preparations made by combining sulfonamide antibacterial synergists such as trimethoprim(TMP),diaveridine(DVD),aditoprim(ADP),and ormetoprim(OMP)with various antibiotics.It also looks ahead to the search for antibacterial synergists from traditional Chinese medicine,aiming to provide a reference for the future development of antibacterial synergist preparations.
