摘　　要：鳞状细胞癌(SCC)在犬的鼻腔部位发病率低,临床上较为少见,且目前我国对犬鼻腔鳞状细胞癌诊断和治疗的相关报道较少。本文介绍了1例因鼻腔反复流脓性分泌物前来就诊的患犬病例。经实验室、鼻腔内窥镜、计算机断层扫描(CT)和组织病理学检查,患犬最终被诊断为伴有淋巴浆细胞性鼻炎的鼻腔IV期鳞状细胞癌。应用冷冻消融术联合化学药物对患犬进行治疗,截至本文撰稿患犬已存活约2年。本病例可为犬鼻腔鳞状细胞癌的诊断和治疗提供参考。Nasal cavity squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)in dogs is rare and has a low incidence,with limited clinical reports on diagnosis and treatment in China.This paper presents a case of a dog admitted for recurring purulent nasal discharge.After laboratory tests,nasal endoscopy,computed tomography(CT),and histopathological examination,the dog was diagnosed with stage IV nasal cavity squamous cell carcinoma accompanied by lymphoplasmacytic rhinitis.A combination of cryoablation and chemotherapy was used to treat the dog,which has survived for about two years as of the time of writing.This case may provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of canine nasal cavity SCC.
