摘　　要：犬未知来源的低分化癌是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤,常发于老年动物,多采用手术、化学治疗、放射治疗和靶向治疗等传统方式进行治疗,预后不良。2022年6月,本院接诊了1例疑似恶性肿瘤的患犬病例,经计算机断层扫描(CT)和组织病理学检查,确诊患犬为临床分期Ⅳ期的低分化癌。采用程序性死亡受体-1(PD-1)单克隆抗体对其进行治疗,治疗12周后,患犬口腔106齿龈肿瘤消失;治疗34周后,患犬鼻腔肿瘤最长径变化率逐渐趋于稳定。截至本文投稿前患犬已存活22个月,并且无其他异常症状。本文通过论述该病例的诊断和治疗过程,以期为临床上采用PD-1治疗此类疾病提供参考依据。Poorly differentiated carcinoma of unknown origin in dogs is a rare malignant tumor,commonly found in older animals.Traditional treatment methods,such as surgery,chemotherapy,radiation therapy,and targeted therapy,often result in poor prognosis.In June 2022,a suspected malignant tumor case was admitted to our hospital.Through computed tomography(CT)and histopathological examination,the dog was diagnosed with clinical stage IV poorly differentiated carcinoma.The dog was treated with programmed death receptor-1(PD-1)monoclonal antibody.After 12 weeks of treatment,the oral gingival tumor on tooth 106 disappeared.After 34 weeks of treatment,the longest diameter change rate of the nasal cavity tumor gradually stabilized.As of the submission of this manuscript,the dog has survived for 22 months without any other abnormal symptoms.This report discusses the diagnosis and treatment process of this case,aiming to provide a reference for the use of PD-1 therapy in similar clinical cases.
