摘　　要：某大型综合培训楼采用了主动式冷梁空调系统,但运行效果未达到设计要求。对该项目的空调系统进行了诊断与改造。首先制定诊断方案,对新风系统总风量、冷梁喷嘴压力、风管漏风量等指标依据国家相关标准进行现场检测,分析得出冷梁空调系统无法正常运行的原因,然后根据诊断结果提出整改方案,对管道井内漏风风管重新施工,并且应填补风管连接处的缝隙,对各支路重新进行风平衡调试。在整改完成后,又对该空调系统进行了复检,结果表明该空调系统的运行效果有显著提升,室内温湿度符合国家标准要求。该系统的整改过程明确了冷梁空调系统施工过程关键要点,可为冷梁空调系统工程质量控制提供借鉴。A large comprehensive training building adopted an active cold beam air conditioning system,but the operation effect did not meet the design requirements.The air conditioning system of the project was diagnosed and transformed.The diagnosis scheme was formulated,and the total air volume of the fresh air system,the pressure of the cold beam nozzle,the air leakage of the air duct and other indicators were detected on site according to the relevant national standards,and the reasons for the non-normal operation of the cold beam air conditioning system were analyzed.Then the rectification scheme was proposed according to the diagnosis results.The air leakage duct in the pipeline well was reconstructed,and the gaps at the joint of the air duct should be filled,and the air balance of each branch was retested.After the rectification was completed,the air conditioning system was rechecked.The results show that the operation effect of the air conditioning system has been significantly improved,and the indoor temperature and humidity meet the requirements of the national standard.The rectification process of the system clarifies the key points of the construction process of the cold beam air conditioning system,which can provide reference for the quality control of the cold beam air conditioning system engineering.
