摘 要:进汽调节气阀的可靠性决定了汽轮机能否长周期运行,进而影响到装置产量乃至企业的整体效益。文章介绍了某化工企业装置裂解气压缩机组驱动汽轮机调节气阀的结构特点和故障原因,重点分析了进汽调节气阀的调整方法和技术要点,分析结果表明:使用文中所述的调整方法既可减少检修时间又可保证检修质量,不仅能够为装置检修节约成本,还可为装置平稳运行提供有力保障。该方法是在熟悉机械以及仪表控制工作原理的基础上对以往检修方式的创新,可为同行业在调节气阀检修方面提供可行性执行方案,并为阀梁的实际使用可靠性的提高提供借鉴经验。The reliability of the steam inlet regulating valve determines whether the steam turbine can operate for a long period of time or not,which in turn affects the output and the overall benefits of the company.This paper introduces the structural characteristics and fault causes of the control valve of the steam turbine driven by cracking gas compressor unit in certain chemical enterprise.It focuses on analyzing the adjustment methods and technical points of the inlet control valve.The results show that the use of this adjustment method can not only reduce the maintenance time,but also ensure the maintenance quality,which saves the cost for the device maintenance and provides strong guarantee for the stable operation of the device as well.This method is an innovation of the previous overhaul methods based on the familiarity with the working principles of machinery and instrument control.It can provide feasible implementation plan for the same industry in regulating gas valve overhaul,and provide reference for the improvement of the reliability of the valve beam in practical use.
