摘　　要：时间银行是一种新型社区居家养老模式,以时间志愿币的形式将服务量储存起来,待日后需要时通过时间志愿币购买相应服务,是中国互助养老模式创新的一种重要探索。传统时间银行存在数据分散、参与者身份缺乏精细认证、时间存储记录不透明等问题。对此,基于区块链技术与“时间银行”概念,通过区块链技术,利用智能合约、分布式、不可篡改、可溯源的特点,实现时间银行与其他生态领域的融合,制定可以实现业务闭环的规则,对新型互助式服务平台进行设计,从而推动国家养老的发展。Time bank is a new community home care model,which stores the service volume in the form of time coin,and pur⁃chases the corresponding service through time volunteer currency when there is a need in the future,which is an important explora⁃tion of the innovation of China’s mutual aid pension model.Traditional time banks have problems such as scattered data,lack of fine authentication of participant identities,and opaque time storage records.In this regard,based on blockchain technology and the concept of“time bank”,through blockchain technology,by means of smart contracts,the distributed,non⁃tamperable and trace⁃able characteristics,time banks and other ecological fields can be fused.The formulate rules that can realize business closed loops and new mutual assistance service platforms can also be designed so as to promote the development of national pension.
