摘　　要：当今随着基层筛查普及和人们观念改变,慢性乙型肝炎的治疗再次成为关注焦点。此文介绍福建省名中医陈国良教授辨治慢性乙型肝炎的相关临证经验。其认为此病内外合邪,外受湿热疫毒,内有正气亏虚,极易迁延反复;病性多属本虚标实,虚实夹杂;强调诊治中应注重辨病与辨证相结合;在临证中以肝郁脾虚兼湿热证多见,陈老基于“从脾论治”,运用藿朴夏苓汤辨治慢性乙型肝炎取得较好疗效。With the popularization of grassroots screening and changes in people's attitudes,the treatment of chronic hepatitis B has once again become a focus of attention.This article introduced Professor Chen Guoliang's clinical experience in the differentiation and treatment of chronic hepatitis B,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Fujian Province.It is believed that this disease is characterized by a combination of internal and external pathogens,external exposure to dampness and heat,and internal deficiency of vital energy,which can easily persist and recur.The nature of the disease often belongs to the combination of deficiency and excess,with a mixture of deficiency and excess,emphasis should be placed on the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation in diagnosis and treatment.Among the clinical syndromes,the syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency combined with dampness-heat is common.Based on the principle of“treatment from the spleen”,Huopo Xialing decoction was used to treat chronic hepatitis B and achieved good curative effect.Now it is summarized as follows.
