摘　　要：王和鸣教授是南少林骨伤流派代表性传承人,南少林理筋整脊疗法于2021年5月被列入第五批国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目拓展项目名录。运用南少林理筋整脊疗法治疗颈型颈椎病,不仅体现了南少林骨伤流派在治疗筋伤疾病中“动静结合、筋骨并重、内外兼治,医患合作”学术思想和“禅、医、武”结合的流派特色,还与国内的颈椎病专家共识和指南中推荐的方法相契合。文章对王教授运用南少林理筋整脊疗法治疗颈型颈椎病的经验进行总结,以期为临床医生提供参考。Professor Wang Heming is a representative inheritor of the South Shaolin bone injury school,and the Southern Shaolin chiropractic therapy was included in the fifth batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative project expansion project list in May 2021.The application of southern Shaolin chiropractic therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis not only reflects the characteristics of the academic thought of“dynamic and static combination,equal emphasis on muscles and bones,internal and external treatment,doctor-patient cooperation”and the combination of“Zen,medicine and martial”in the treatment of cervical spondylosis diseases,but also conforms to the consensus of domestic cervical spondylosis experts and recommended methods in the guidelines.In this paper,Professor Wang Heming's experience in treating cervical spondylosis with South Shaolin chiropractic therapy was summarized,in order to provide reference for clinicians.
