半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰湿壅盛型高血压病研究进展

摘　　要：半夏白术天麻汤是清代医家程国彭治疗眩晕的经典方剂,也是临床治疗痰湿壅盛型高血压病的首选方剂。通过查阅文献发现,半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰湿壅盛型高血压病的作用机制主要为调控肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮(RAAS)系统、改善血管内皮功能、抑制炎症因子表达、调节血脂水平、改善胰岛素抵抗以及调节肠道微生物的作用,能够显著降低血压。文章对半夏白术天麻汤的临床应用、作用机制以及药理研究方面展开综述。Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction is a classic prescription used by Cheng Guopeng in the Qing Dynasty to treat vertigo,and it is also the first choice for treating hypertension with excessive phlegm-dampness type.This paper reviewed the recent research progress on the mechanism of action of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the treatment of hypertension by reviewing the literature.It has been found that Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction can regulate the RAAS system,improve endothelial function of blood vessels,inhibit expression of inflammatory factors,regulate blood lipid levels,improve insulin resistance,and regulate intestinal microorganisms.These actions significantly contribute to reducing blood pressure.The clinical application,mechanism of action,and pharmacological research of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction were comprehensively reviewed in this paper.
