酸枣仁汤合逍遥散治疗围绝经期失眠临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨从肝论治围绝经期失眠患者的临床效果。方法选取2021年2月—2023年8月于长宁县中医医院就诊的60例围绝经期失眠患者,随机分成2组,各30例。观察组给予中药酸枣仁汤合逍遥散加减,对照组予阿普唑仑口服。比较2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)评分及血清性激素雌二醇(E_(2))水平。结果治疗4周后,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,E_(2)水平高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组(P>0.05),不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用酸枣仁汤合逍遥散加减治疗围绝经期失眠的临床疗效显著,可调节围绝经期妇女性激素E_(2)水平,不良反应较少,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of treating perimenopausal insomnia from the liver.Methods Sixty perimenopausal insomnia patients in Changning County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Suanzaoren decotion combined with Xiaoyao powder,and the control group was treated with Aprazolam orally.The clinical effect,PSQI scores before and after treatment,and serum sex hormone estradiol(E_(2))between two groups of patients was omapred.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,PSQI score and E_(2) level of observation group were higher than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P>0.05),and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of using modified Suanzaoren decoction combined with Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia is significant.It can regulate the level of sex hormone estradiol in perimenopausal women,with fewer adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
