基于痰核瘀阻论治腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨基于“痰核瘀阻”理论治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法选取2023年1月—2023年12月湖北省鄂州市中医医院针灸科34例LDH患者,服用中药治疗3周,对比每周患者直腿抬高试验角度、症状体征量化评分、VAS评分的变化。结果与治疗前比较,患者治疗1、2、3周后直腿抬高试验角度升高(P<0.05),症状体征量化评分、VAS评分均降低(P<0.05);治疗3周后,患者直腿抬高试验角度较治疗1、2周升高(P<0.05),症状体征量化评分、VAS评分较治疗1、2周均降低(P<0.05)。结论基于“痰核瘀阻”理论治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treating lumbar disc herniation based on the theory of“phlegm nucleus stasis obstruction”.Methods Thirty-four patients from the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Ezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hubei Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected,and they took an agreed prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for three weeks.The changes of straight leg elevation test angle,quantitative score of symptoms and signs of lumbar disc herniation,and VAS score of patients were compared every week.Results Compared with before treatment,after 1,2 and 3 weeks of treatment,the angle of straight leg elevation test was increased(P<0.05),and the quantitative scores of symptoms and signs and VAS were decreased(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,the angle of straight leg elevation test of patients was higher than that of treatment 1 and 2 weeks(P<0.05),and the quantitative score of symptoms and signs and VAS score were lower than that of treatment 1 and 2 weeks(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the theory of“phlegm nucleus stasis obstruction”,treatment of lumbar disc herniation has significant therapeutic effects.
