八段锦治疗非急性期腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察八段锦治疗非急性期腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将72例非急性期腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例。在中药熏洗、腰椎三屈位牵引治疗基础上,观察组给予八段锦锻炼,对照组采用常规功能锻炼,2组患者均为每周治疗5次,连续治疗3周。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷(ODI)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)于治疗前后进行评价。结果治疗后,2组患者VAS、ODI及HAMD评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的VAS、ODI及HAMD评分降低更为明显(P<0.05)。结论八段锦可有效改善非急性期腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛、功能活动度及负面情绪,具有一定推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Baduanjin in the treatment of non-acute lumbar disc herniation.Method A total of 72 patients with non-acute lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 patients in each group.On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,and lumbar traction in the three flexion position,the observation group was given Baduanjin exercise,while the control group was given routine functional exercise.Both groups of patients were treated 5 times a week for 3 consecutive weeks.Visual analog scale(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI),and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate before and after treatment.Result After treatment,VAS,ODI and HAMD scores in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,VAS,ODI and HAMD scores in the observation group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion Baduanjin can effectively improve pain,functional activity,and negative emotions in patients with non-acute lumbar disc herniation,and has certain promotional value.
