摘　　要：目的观察生物信息红外线肝病治疗仪联合耳穴贴压治疗胁痛的临床疗效。方法选取胁痛患者60例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,各30例。对照组予以常规护肝降酶治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用生物信息红外线肝病治疗仪联合耳穴治疗。观察2组患者临床疗效治疗前后中医证候积分、胁痛消失时间及肝功能。结果治疗后,2组患者中医证候总积分、胁痛、腹胀、倦怠乏力、纳差均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分降低更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中腹胀、倦怠乏力尤为明显(P<0.01)。治疗组ALT、AST指标与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),TBIL、GGT、ALB比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)结论生物信息红外线肝病治疗仪联合耳穴贴压治疗胁痛安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of bioinformatics infrared liver disease treatment device combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of hypochondriac pain.Methods Sixty patients with hypochondriac pain were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The control group received routine liver protection and enzyme lowering treatment.On The basis of routine treatment,the treatment group was treated with a bioinformatics infrared liver disease treatment device combined with auricular point sticking therapy.The TCM symptom scores,liver function indicators,disappearance time of hypochondriac pain and clinical effect of two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome,hypochondriac pain,abdominal distension,fatigue and weakness,and the difference between 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),especially abdominal distension,fatigue and fatigue(P<0.01).There were significant differences in ALT and AST between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),but no significant differences in TBIL,GGT and ALB between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bioinformatics infrared liver disease treatment device combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of hypochondriac pain is safe and effective.
