揿针联合仿生物电刺激对妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的观察揿针联合仿生物电刺激对妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠道功能恢复效果。方法选取84例住院患者随机分为2组,各42例。常规腹腔镜术后护理加揿针治疗为对照组,揿针治疗加仿生物电刺激为观察组,比较2组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气及排便时间、腹胀发生情况及其他胃肠道不适发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组肠鸣音恢复时间以及首次肛门排气、排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胃肠道不适发生例数明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹胀情况较对照组轻(P<0.05)。结论揿针联合仿生物电刺激对妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠道功能康复起积极作用,可加速患者肠鸣音恢复,缩短了患者首次排气、排便时间,提高了患者术后舒适度,减少胃肠道不适的发生。Objective To observe the effect of thumb-tack needle combined with bioelectric stimulation on gastrointestinal dysfunction after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 84 inpatients were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 42 cases in each.Conventional laparoscopic postoperative care and acupuncture treatment was applied in the control group,and acupuncture treatment and bioelectric stimulation was applied in the observation group.The recovery time of postoperative bowel sound,first anal exhaust and defecation time,abdominal distension and other gastrointestinal discomfort were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the recovery time of bowel sound and the time of first anal exhaust and defecation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of gastrointestinal discomfort cases in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Abdominal distension in the observation group was less severe than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and bioelectric stimulation plays a positive role in gastrointestinal dysfunction after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,can accelerate the recovery of intestinal sound and shorten the time of first exhaust and defecation,improve postoperative comfort of patients and reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.
