摘　　要：高校办公室管理的自动化需考虑安全性、可靠性和效率性等方面的综合因素,同时,需进行详细的系统架构设计,采用先进的技术手段确保系统的安全性和可靠性。因此,文章将从高校办公室管理自动化的概念出发,分析网络环境下高校办公室管理自动化的需求,并对高校办公室管理自动化系统总体、功能模块及系统界面进行设计,为网络环境下高校办公室管理自动化提供理论支持。The automation of office management in universities needs to consider comprehensive factors such as safety,reliability,and efficiency.At the same time,detailed system architecture design is required,and advanced tech-nological means are adopted to ensure the safety and reliability of the system.Therefore,this article will start from the concept of office management automation in universities,analyze the needs of office management automation in the network environment,and design the overall,functional modules,and system interface of the office management auto-mation system in universities,providing theoretical support for the automation of office management in universities in the network environment.
