数智时代档案信息服务适老化建设现状与优化演进

摘　　要：大数据、云计算、人工智能等“数智”技术的蓬勃发展与我国人口老龄化程度的进一步加深给综合档案馆信息服务带来双重冲击,档案信息服务适老化能为数智时代综合档案馆完善老年服务提供参考,保障老年群体信息获取权。为此,以除港、澳、台外的全国31个省级综合档案馆为对象,分析档案信息服务适老化建设现状与困境,以“数智化”为导向,从档案信息服务资源、档案信息服务设施、档案信息服务方式三方面构建优化新路径。The vigorous development of"digital intelligence"technologies such as big data,cloud computing and arti-ficial intelligence and the further deepening of the aging degree of China's population have brought a double impact on the information service of comprehensive archives.The aging of archival information service can provide refer-ence for the comprehensive archives of the age of wisdom to improve the services for the elderly,and ensure the right of information acquisition of elderly groups.Therefore,taking 31 provincial comprehensive archives as the object,this paper analyzes the current situation and dilemma of archival information service construction to adapt to aging,and builds a new optimization path from three aspects:archival information service resources,archival information service facilities and archival information service methods,guided by"digital intelligence".
