文化安全视域下非物质文化遗产档案开放探析

摘　　要：文化安全是国家安全的重要组成部分,非物质文化遗产是中华民族文化的“根”与“魂”,其安全是文化安全的应有之义。非物质文化遗产档案是非物质文化遗产的全景记录,科学合理的开放档案有助于应对非物质文化遗产保护与传承中面临的危险。针对当前非物质文化遗产面临的失存、失真、失传、失众等主要危险,在辨析非物质文化遗产安全与档案开放关系的基础上,以档案开放为核心,从档案建设质量优化、档案利用科学规范、开放主体多元协同、开放方式“融合”等方面提出相应策略,旨在通过档案资源赋能非物质文化遗产安全。Cultural security is an important part of national security,intangible cultural heritage is the"root"and"soul"of Chinese culture,and its security is the due meaning of cultural security.Intangible cultural heritage archives are the panoramic records of intangible cultural heritage,scientific opening of archives can help to cope with the danger faced in the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.Therefore,in view of the main risks that intangible cultural heritage currently faces,such as loss,distortion,loss of transmission and loss of audience,and on the basis of analyzing the relationship between intangible cultural heritage security and archives opening,this paper puts forward corresponding strategies from the aspects of archives construction quality optimization,scientific and standardized utilization of archives,multiple coordination of opening subjects,and"integration"of opening methods,with archives opening as the core.It aims to empower the security of intangible cultural heritage through archival resources.
