摘　　要：档案产业学院有助于实现档案产业发展需求与档案人才培养的耦合。作为一种聚焦档案行业发展和档案科技创新的实体,档案产业学院具有服务面向特定性、合作主体包容性及资源要素多样性的特征。档案产业学院对于教育链、人才链和产业链三个方面的发展具有积极意义。当前理论成果、政策要求、实践探索和专业发展共同构成档案产业学院建设的动力体系。档案产业学院的建设路径,应聚焦建设目标、建设模式、建设任务和课程体系等四个方面。The archives industry college helps to achieve the coupling between the development needs of the archives industry and the cultivation of archives talents.As an entity that focuses on the development of the archival industry and innovation in archival technology,the archives industry college has the characteristics of service specificity,inclusiveness of cooperative entities,and diversity of resource elements.The archives industry college has a positive significance for the development of the education chain,talent chain,and industry chain.The current theoretical achievements,policy requirements,practical exploration,and major development jointly constitute the driving force system for the construction of the archives industry college.The construction paths of the archives industry college should focus on four aspects:construction goals,construction models,construction tasks,and curriculum systems.
