摘　　要：近年来,人类命运共同体理念已成为拉美学术界中国问题研究的热点和重点话题,这方面涌现出一批颇具知名度的研究专家,产出了一系列新成果。拉美学界对人类命运共同体理念的阐释在不断深化,相关文献的发表数量呈逐渐上升趋势。研究主体呈现多样化趋势,巴西、阿根廷、墨西哥三国的学者是研究人类命运共同体的主力;拉美学界对人类命运共同体理念的阐释形成了现实主义派、自由秩序派和自主理论派三大主要流派。人类命运共同体理念在拉美的阐释达成基本共识:人类命运共同体理念与中国的外交政策一脉相承,是新时代中国特色大国外交的核心思想,也是中国共产党的理论创新,该理念通过多种方式在拉美地区得到落实且影响力不断扩大,是一种具有前瞻性的全球治理理念。针对人类命运共同体在拉美的多元阐释和不同声音,中国可以采取强化话语传播力、有效利用非官方人员沟通渠道、有针对性地化解拉美学者对人类命运共同体的误读、继续拓展新平台以深化中拉合作等对策,为进一步构建中拉命运共同体奠定理论基础。In recent years,the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind has become a hot topic in the research of Chinese issues in Latin American academic community.A number of achievements have been made,and a group of well-known research experts has emerged.The interpretation of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind in Latin American academic community is in a continuously deepening"mining phase",and the publication volume of relevant literature is rapidly increasing.The research topics show a trend of diversification,with scholars from Brazil,Argentina and Mexico being the main force in relevant studies.Although Latin American scholars have formed three main schools of thought in interpreting the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,i.e.,realism,liberal order,and autonomous theory,they have reached the following basic consensus:(1)the concept of community with a shared future for mankind is in line with China's foreign policy;(2)it is the core idea of China's distinctive major country diplomacy in the new era;(3)it is the theoretical innovation of the Communist Party of China;(4)it has been implemented through various means,the influence of which is constantly expanding;(5)building a community with a shared future for mankind in Latin America has certain farsightedness.In response to those negative interpretations,we can take measures such as strengthening the disseminating discourse,making effective use of civil channels to deepen communication with each other,clearing up any misunderstandings of Latin American scholars about this concept,and further deepening China-Latin America cooperation by expanding new platforms.
