摘　　要：目的:对心力衰竭病人姑息照护的概念进行系统分析,明晰姑息照护的演变历程,厘清姑息照护在护理实践领域中的概念内涵。方法:系统检索中国知网、中华医学期刊全文数据库、PubMed、Medreading和万方数据库,将Rorgers演化概念分析法作为理论框架进行分析讨论。结果:姑息照护主要具备4个概念属性,即照护单位为病人家庭、尊重病人自主权、以提高生命质量为目标、强调沟通。其前因是近年来心力衰竭病人姑息照护服务领域不断发展并得到广泛重视,后果是姑息照护的服务对象不再局限于癌症晚期病人,对心力衰竭病人及其家庭均具有积极意义。结论:通过概念分析明确了心力衰竭病人姑息照护的概念属性,研究者今后可结合心力衰竭病人姑息照护的内涵,对心力衰竭病人的姑息照护进行全面、深入的研究。Objective:To systematically analyze the concept of palliative care for patients with heart failure,clarify the evolution of palliative care,and clear the connotation of palliative care in nursing practice.Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure,China Medical Journal full-text database,PubMed,Medreading and Wanfang Database were systematically searched,and Rorgers evolutionary concept analysis method was used as the theoretical framework for analysis and discussion.Results:Palliative care mainly has the following four conceptual attributes,which includes that the care unit is the patient′s family,respects the patient′s autonomy,aims to improve the quality of life,and emphasizes communication.The reason is that in recent years,the field of palliative care services for patients with heart failure has been continuously developed and widely paid attention to.The consequence is that the service object of palliative care is no longer limited to patients with terminal cancer,and it has positive significance for patients with heart failure and their families.Conclusions:Through conceptual analysis,the conceptual attributes of palliative care for patients with heart failure are clarified.In the future,researchers can combine the connotation of palliative care for patients with heart failure to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth study on palliative care for patients with heart failure.
