摘　　要：回顾国内外大肠癌术后化疗病人症状群及症状群管理的相关研究,阐述症状群管理相关概念、大肠癌术后化疗病人症状群的发生现状、影响因素、评估工具及管理方法,为今后大肠癌术后化疗病人症状群管理研究及临床护理实践提供参考及借鉴。This paper reviewed relevant studies on symptom cluster and its management in patients with postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer at home and abroad,and expounded related concepts of symptom cluster management,the occurrence status,influencing factors,management methods and evaluation tools of symptom cluster in patients with postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer,in order to provide reference for future research on symptom cluster management in patients with postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer and clinical nursing practice.
