摘　　要：对区域数字新质生产力发展的平衡性进行了理论分析;从数字化的劳动者、劳动资料和劳动对象三个维度构建中国区域数字新质生产力评价指标体系,并基于2012—2021年的中国省域数据,运用熵值法予以测度;运用σ收敛模型和绝对β收敛模型对中国区域数字新质生产力发展的平衡性进行分析;运用条件β收敛模型对推动中国区域数字新质生产力平衡发展的路径进行分析。结果表明:(1)数字新质生产力具有增长效应、融合效应和共享效应,能够通过“以发展促平衡”“以融合促平衡”“以共享促平衡”的机制,提高区域数字新质生产力和区域经济发展的平衡性。(2)中国区域数字新质生产力发展不平衡,但发展的活力足、潜力大、空间广、前景好。(3)中国区域数字新质生产力的σ收敛趋势较弱,但绝对β收敛趋势较强,区域间存在追赶效应。(4)中国区域数字新质生产力的发展存在条件β收敛。提高数字新质生产力发展水平、区域经济发展水平、产业结构优化水平、政府宏观调控水平、对外开放水平和金融发展水平,能够推动中国区域数字新质生产力的平衡发展。Digital new quality productive forces are the important components of new quality productive forces,which are led by digital technology,centered on data elements,carried by digital industries,and driven by digital transformation.They consist of three parts:digital workers,labor materials,and labor objects,which are the main manifestation of new quality productive forces in the digital economy era.Firstly,theoretical analysis is conducted on the digital new quality productive forces and the balance of their development.Secondly,an evaluation index system of the digital new quality productive forces are constructed from three dimensions:digital workers,labor materials and labor objects.Based on provincial data from 2012 to 2021 in China,the entropy method is used to evaluate the development of China’s regional digital new quality productive forces.Thirdly,based on the measurement values of China’s regional digital new quality productive forces,theσconvergence model and the absoluteβconvergence model are used to analyze the balance of the development of China’s regional digital new quality productive forces.After that,the conditionalβconvergence model is used to analyze the balanced development path of China’s regional digital new quality productive forces.The study finds that:(1)Digital new quality productive forces have growth effects,integration effects,and sharing effects,which can improve the balance of regional development through mechanisms of promoting balance through development,integration and sharing.(2)The development of China’s regional digital new quality productive forces are unbalanced,but they have sufficient vitality,great potential,broad space and good prospects.(3)Theσconvergence trends of China’s regional digital new quality productive forces are weak,but the absoluteβconvergence trends are strong,and there are catch-up effects among the regions.(4)The development of China’s regional digital new quality productive forces exist conditionalβconvergence.Improving the development
