派驻乡镇(街道)检察室参与行政检察监督工作探析

摘　　要：在法治政府建设的大背景下,行政检察工作所占的比重也日趋增高,建立健全乡镇(街道)行政执法检察监督建设也成为建设法治政府进程中的浓墨一笔。本文从基层视角出发,以派驻乡镇(街道)检察室为研究对象,对于乡镇(街道)检察室的职能定位,履行法律监督工作等问题进行分析,旨在探索乡镇(街道)检察室是否能够参与乡镇(街道)执法检察监督工作。针对乡镇(街道)行政检察监督实践面临的难题,相应地提出可行性建议,以促进推动派驻乡镇(街道)检察室在整个基层行政检察工作中发挥出其应有的作用,提高基层政府的执法能力和水平。In the context of building a rule of law government,the proportion of administrative procuratorial work is also increasing day by day,and establishing and improving the construction of administrative law enforcement and procuratorial supervision in townships(streets)has become a significant part of the process of building a rule of law government.This article starts from a grassroots perspective and takes the stationed township(street)prosecutor's office as the research object.It analyzes the functional positioning and legal supervision work of the township(street)prosecutor's office,aiming to explore whether the township(street)prosecutor's office can participate in the law enforcement and supervision work of the township(street).The difficulties faced in the practice of administrative procuratorial supervision in townships(streets)are addressed,and feasible suggestions are proposed accordingly to promote the role of dispatched township(street)procuratorates in the entire grassroots administrative procuratorial work,and to improve the law enforcement capacity and level of grassroots governments.
