摘　　要：互联网技术的发展为人类社会带来便利的同时,也使得跨境网络赌博犯罪形势日益严峻。作为一种典型的跨境犯罪,跨境执法面临着国家层面刑事管辖权冲突问题,导致侦查机关跨境收集电子证据面临着各种法律和技术困境,因此侦查机关需要更新侦查理念和手段,在坚持维护国家网络空间主权与安全的基础上,推进传统刑事司法协助取证模式发展,完善远程跨境电子取证的流程和规则,积极寻求国际合作,共同打击跨境网络赌博犯罪。While the development of Internet technology has brought convenience to human society,it has also made cross-border online gambling crimes increasingly serious.As a typical cross-border crime,cross-border law enforcement faces conflicts of criminal jurisdiction at the national level,leading to various legal and technical difficulties for investigative agencies to collect electronic evidence across borders.Therefore,investigative agencies need to update their investigative concepts and methods,promote the development of traditional criminal judicial assistance in evidence collection models,improve the process and rules of remote cross-border electronic evidence collection,actively seek international cooperation,and jointly combat cross-border online gambling crimes while adhering to the maintenance of national cyberspace sovereignty and security.
