公安工作现代化背景下合成作战机制的创新研究

摘　　要：公安工作现代化是中国式现代化的坚强安全保障,在新征程上我们要牢牢把握公安工作创新发展的目标要求,不断探索新型警务机制与运行模式,进一步向“机制”聚焦发力。当前,公安机关合成作战机制在信息整合、数据研判、指挥调度、效能评估等方面还有待进一步优化,需要构建以情报信息为主导的完善体系,从数字赋能、机制保障、警种协同三个维度中探索公安机关合成作战机制的创新发展,以整合警务资源力量,打通警务运行环节,确保合成作战机制发挥出最大效能。The modernization of public security work is a strong security guarantee for Chinese path to modernization.On the new journey,we should firmly grasp the goal requirements of the innovative development of public security work,constantly explore new policing mechanisms and operation modes,and further focus on"mechanisms".At present,the composite combat mechanism of public security organs still needs to be further optimized in terms of information integration,data analysis,command and dispatch,and effectiveness evaluation.It is necessary to build a perfect system led by intelligence information,explore the innovative development of the composite combat mechanism of public security organs from three dimensions:digital empowerment,mechanism guarantee,and police coordination,integrate police resources and forces,connect police operation links,and ensure that the composite combat mechanism plays its maximum effectiveness.
