摘　　要：“自由之家”不仅是美国著名的非政府组织之一,也是美国政府重要的“智库”和御用工具。依据从其华盛顿总部获取的资料以及国内外研究成果,对其创建、机构设置和运作机制、二战时期的反法西斯活动以及东西方冷战时期的冷战活动等方面进行探讨,有助于揭示其从反法西斯斗士转变为美国冷战工具的历史轨迹,认清其披着非政府组织的外衣充当美国政府冷战工具的实质。The"Freedom House"is one of the America's well-known NGOs,it is also a principal"think tank"and hired instrument of the American government.An exploration of its establishment,organizational structure,operation mechanism,anti-fascist activities as well as its activities during the Cold War between the East and the West based on the materials collected from its headquarters and the relevant research achievements at home and abroad,is of great help to reveal the historic orbit of how it changed from the world anti-fascist fighter to the Cold War tool of the American government,as well as to see clearly the true nature of its serving as the Cold War tool of the American government under the cloak of NGO.
