摘　　要：新时代新形势为高校思想政治教育工作带来新挑战,面对前所未有之大变局,准确把脉高校大学生思想特点是有效开展工作的前提。本研究通过调研分析了新时代高校大学生的思想状态,提出了“一月一主题”的教育体系,构建了“协同育人共同体”和“双成长”发展模式,并应用于高校思想政治教育实践。结果表明,该体系显著提升了学生的思想政治素养和教师的专业发展,是新时代背景下有效开展高校思想政治教育工作的理论创新和实践探索。In the face of unprecedented changes in the new era,accurate characterization of college students'ideology is a prerequisite for effective work.Through the investigation and analysis of the ideological state of college students in the new era,this study puts forward the education system of"Monthly Theme",and constructs"Cooperative educating community"and the development model of"Double growth".This education system is applied to the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The results show that the system improves students'ideological and political literacy and teachers'professional development,and is an effective theoretical innovation and practical exploration of ideological and political education in colleges in the context of the new era.
