摘 要:通过对热真空下移动通信卫星多通道幅相一致性测试误差进行分析,提出卫星转发器多通道幅相一致性测试方法。利用厂家数据和单机级测试数据,明确保证测试系统多通道幅相一致性所需的温度范围,制定幅相一致性测试系统的控温策略,即利用分片式红外笼、高精度恒温铝槽、罐外控温箱等对热真空罐内外测试链路进行精确控温。利用整星热试验验证热真空下转发器多通道幅相一致性测试方法的有效性,测试结果为幅度一致性[-0.12dB,+0.16dB]和相位一致性[-1.74°,+2.72°],优于幅度一致性[-0.30dB,+0.30dB]和相位一致性[-6.0°,+6.0°]的技术指标要求。文章提出的方法可应用于多种类型卫星的热真空试验。By analyzing the test error of multi-channel amplitude-phase consistency for mobile communications satellite in thermal vacuum environment,a multi-channel amplitude-phase consistency test method for satellite transponder is proposed.With the manufacturer’s data and the single-machine test data,the temperature range required to ensure the multi-channel amplitudephase consistency of the test system is determined,and the temperature control strategy for the amplitude-phase consistency test system is formulated that the framented infrared cage,the highprecision constant temperature aluminum groove and the external temperature control box are utilized to precisely control the temperature of the test link inside and outside the thermal vacuum tank.The effectiveness of the multi-beam amplitude-phase consistency test method for transponders in thermal vacuum is verified through the satellite thermal test.The test results show that amplitude consistency is within[-0.12dB,+0.16dB]and phase consistency is within[-1.74°,+2.72°],which are superior to the technical index requirements of amplitude consistency within[-0.30dB,+0.30dB]and phase consistency within[-6.0°,+6.0°].The method proposed in the paper can be applied to thermal vacuum tests for various types of satellites.
