摘  要:针对传统加工方法进行液压阀体轻量化设计过程复杂、轻量化效果较差等问题,提出一种参数化液压阀体轻量化设计方法。分析液压阀体各个接口功能与流道拓扑关系,提取流道的拓扑结构;根据流道拓扑关系,考虑流道性能约束与体积约束,重新设计流道的布局与结构;使用自支撑截面流道代替传统的圆形截面流道以避免流道内部生成支撑结构;提出变截面流道建模与流道路径优化算法,实现流道自动化设计。对某液压阀体进行轻量化设计实验并进行流体仿真测试,结果表明,轻量化设计方案下的阀体与原阀体相比质量平均减少93.5%,体积平均减少70.8%,压力损失平均减少66.2%。Aiming at the complex lightweight design process and poor lightweight effect of traditional processing hydraulic valve body,a lightweight design technology of hydraulic valve body is proposed.It analyzes the relationship between the function of each interface of the hydraulic valve body and the topology of the flow channel,and extracts the topology of the flow channel;According to the topological relationship of the runner,the layout and structure of the runner are redesigned considering the performance constraint and volume constraint of the runner;The self-supporting section is used to replace the traditional circular section to avoid the generation of supporting structure inside the runner and meet the constraints of additive manufacturing process.The variable section runner modeling and pipeline path optimization algorithm are proposed to realize the automatic design of runner.The lightweight design experiment of a hydraulic valve body is carried out and the fluid simulation test is carried out.The results show that under the lightweight model design scheme,the average mass is reduced by 93.5%,the average space volume is reduced by 70.8%,and the average pressure loss is reduced by 66.2%.
