摘 要:刚度计算是动力学分析的基础,为了对涡旋压缩机进行系统动力学研究,计算其动、静涡旋齿的啮合刚度成为关键。将径向间隙引起的切向泄漏简化为气体在两平板间的流动,首先计算切向泄漏间隙的长度以及流经通道的气膜压力,然后由气膜压力求解切向泄漏气膜的承载力进而得出气膜刚度。应用有限元分析软件计算得出动、静涡旋齿在气体力作用下的变形量,根据弹性变形量求出动、静涡齿的刚度,得到涡旋压缩机运转过程中任意啮合点的时变啮合刚度随转角的变化情况。结果表明:涡旋齿的时变啮合刚度主要取决于切向泄漏气膜刚度,在一个压缩周期内,涡旋齿的时变啮合刚度随着主轴转角的增加而增大。Stiffness is the basis of dynamic analysis.In order to study the system dynamics of scroll compressors,it is the key to calculate the meshing stiffness of the moving and stationary scroll teeth.In this paper,the tangential leakage caused by the radial gap is simplified as the flow process of gas between two flat plates.By calculating the length of the flat plate channel and the gas film pressure flowing through the channel,the bearing capacity of the tangentially leaking gas film is calculated from the gas film pressure and then obtain the air film stiffness.The deformation of the moving and stationary scroll under the action of gas forces is calculated using finite element analysis software.Based on the elastic deformation,the stiffness of the moving and stationary scroll is determined.This allows for the determination of the variation in time-varying meshing stiffness at any meshing point during the operation of the scroll compressor as a function of the rotation angle.The results show that the time-varying meshing stiffness of the wrap mainly depends on the tangential leakage air film stiffness.In a compression cycle,the time-varying meshing stiffness of the wrap increases with the increase of the main shaft rotation angle.
