摘  要:针对某直升机传动系统用圆柱滚子轴承的特殊工况,基于ADORE软件建立仿真模型,分析了引导间隙、保持架兜孔间隙、径向游隙对轴承外圈温度、损耗功率、保持架碰撞力、最小油膜厚度的影响。干运转试验结果表明,优化后的轴承能够满足30 min干运转的要求,为贫油润滑下圆柱滚子轴承的优化设计提供了参考。According to the special working condition of cylindrical roller bearing used in helicopter transmission system,the simulation model is built based on ADORE,the influence of guide clearance,pocket clearance,radial clearance and other parameters on bearing outer ring temperature,power loss,cage collision force,minimum oil film thickness are analyzed.Experimental result indicates that the optimized bearing can meet the requirement of 30 minutes dry running,which provides a reference for the optimal design of cylindrical roller bearings under starved lubrication.
