摘 要:针对塔机在多变工况下易发生应力集中和疲劳损坏的问题,提出了一种基于粒子群优化算法优化支持向量回归(PSO-SVR)的方法,实现对塔机关键点实时应力值的预测。首先建立塔机有限元模型,完成塔机应力集中关键点的选取,然后通过雨流计数法和古德曼曲线,完成基于关键点的塔机剩余寿命的预测。这一研究使得技术人员能够在塔机实际起吊过程中实时监控各项数据,并及时处理问题,从而确保塔机的安全运行。The tower crane is prone to stress concentration and fatigue damage under variable working conditions,a method based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm optimized support vector regression(SVR)is proposed to realize the prediction of real-time stress value at key points of tower crane.Firstly,a finite element model of the tower crane is established to complete the selection of the key points of stress concentration of the tower crane,and then the prediction of the remaining life of the tower crane based on the key points is completed by the rainflow counting method and Goodman curve.This research enables the technicians to monitor the data in real time during the actual lifting process of the tower crane and deal with the problems in a timely manner,so as to ensure the safe operation of the tower crane.
