摘  要:为了减小沥青加热搅拌机温度偏差,提出基于模糊PID传感器的沥青加热搅拌机温度控制方法。分析搅拌机的基本结构,建立复合黏温曲线,获取沥青搅拌的温度偏差及其变化率;结合PID传感器和模糊控制算法,设计沥青加热搅拌机温度控制的模糊PID算法模型;采用果蝇优化算法优化PID控制器中的关键参数,创新性利用轮盘赌策略强化果蝇算法的优化能力;将温度偏差及其变化率输入优化后的温度控制器中,实现沥青加热搅拌机温度的控制。实验结果表明,所提方法的温控平均值偏差和重复性标准偏差最小值分别为0.20和0.30,温度控制结果较为稳定,温度偏差较小。In order to reduce the temperature deviation of asphalt heating mixer,a temperature control method for asphalt heating mixer based on fuzzy PID sensor is proposed.It analyzes the basic structure of the mixer,establishes a composite viscosity temperature curve,and obtains the temperature deviation and change rate of asphalt mixing;it designs a fuzzy PID control model for the temperature of an asphalt heating mixer by combining PID sensors and fuzzy control algorithms.Using fruit fly optimization algorithm to optimize key parameters in PID controller,it innovatively utilizes roulette wheel strategy to enhance the optimization ability of fruit fly algorithm.The system inputs the temperature deviation and its rate of change into the optimized temperature controller to achieve temperature control of the asphalt heating mixer.The experimental results show that the temperature control average deviation and repeatability standard deviation of the proposed method are 0.20 and 0.30 respectively.The temperature control results are relatively stable and the temperature deviation is small.
