摘 要:为了得到大型飞机小车式起落架在地面转弯过程中各轮胎载荷大小,建立了飞机地面转弯运动模型,通过分析不同滑跑速度和不同前轮转向角下飞机运动特点,得到了各个轮胎受到的载荷大小以及相应的载荷比。研究结果表明:飞机右转弯时,转弯外侧轮胎垂向载荷较转弯内侧大,转弯外侧轮胎侧向力较转弯内侧小;随着转弯角度的增加,车架绕支柱的扭转越来越激烈,导致主起落架前轮侧向力方向改变。In order to obtain the load of each tire of the trolley-type landing gear during the ground turning process,this paper establishes the ground turning motion model of the aircraft,analyzes the aircraft motion characteristics under different rollout speeds and different nose wheel steering angles,and gives the load on each tire and the corresponding load ratio.The results show that the vertical load on the outside of the turn is larger than that on the inside of the turn when the aircraft turns right;the lateral force on the outside of the turn is smaller than that on the inside of the turn.As the cornering angle increases,the frame twists around the strut more violently results in a change in the direction of the lateral force on the single main front wheelset.
