摘 要:针对当前热连轧机传动轴扭振抑制技术缺少对轴系扭矩偏心度的计算导致抑制效果不佳的问题,提出非线性状态观测下热连轧机传动轴扭振模糊抑制方法。引入偏差度函数计算轴系扭矩偏心度,从而构建传动轴运行模型。结合欧拉方程计算热连轧机轴系的固有频率与振荡频率,通过线性拟合获取热连轧机主传动轴的扭振模态频率。设计非线性状态观测控制器,通过调节抑制扭振补偿量实现传动轴扭振抑制。实验结果显示,所提方法能够有效抑制传动轴的扭振,抑制后的扭振幅值更小。Aiming at the problem of poor suppression effect caused by the lack of calculation of shaft torque eccentricity in current hot rolling mill drive shaft torsional vibration suppression technology,a fuzzy suppression method for hot rolling mill drive shaft torsional vibration under nonlinear state observation is proposed.It introduces a deviation degree function to calculate the eccentricity of shaft torque,thereby constructs a transmission shaft operation model,calculates the natural frequency and oscillation frequency of the shaft system of the hot rolling mill by combining the Euler equation,and obtains the torsional vibration mode frequency of the main drive shaft of the hot rolling mill through linear fitting.It designs a nonlinear state observation controller to suppress torsional vibration of the transmission shaft by adjusting the compensation amount for suppressing torsional vibration.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively suppress the torsional vibration of the transmission shaft,and the amplitude of the suppressed torsional vibration is smaller.
