摘　　要：近年来,随着国际化进程不断推进,人民币在全球货币体系中的地位稳步提升。中国香港作为全球领先的国际金融中心,牢牢抓住人民币国际化的机遇,形成了全球最大的离岸人民币业务枢纽。中国香港离岸人民币枢纽是人民币国际化全周期参与者和重要推动者,具备政策先发、规模及结构多元化等优势。离岸人民币业务枢纽发展受益于中国香港国际金融中心的独特优势,又可以从强大的货币、金融中心、金融机构、人才队伍等四方面增强中国香港国际金融中心的综合优势,助力金融强国建设。未来可通过加强人民币国际化政策协调配合、完善离岸人民币流动性管理、支持实体经济开展跨境业务、丰富离岸人民币生态体系、提升中国香港人民币枢纽的辐射能力、加强人民币国际化基础设施建设等举措进一步推动中国香港离岸人民币枢纽高质量发展。In recent years,as the internationalization continues to advance,the RMB enjoys a steadily growing status in the global monetary system.A leading global international financial center,Hong Kong has seized the opportunity presented by RMB internationalization and has established itself as the largest offshore RMB business hub in the world.The Hong Kong China offshore RMB hub is a key participant and important driver of RMB internationalization,and it is in a position to take preemptive measures concerning policies and leverage the scale and structural diversification.The development of the offshore RMB business hub benefits from Hong Kong’s China unique position as an international financial center,and enhances the comprehensive strengths of Hong Kong China International Financial Center by leveraging the strong currency,the financial center status,the financial institutions,and the talent pool,thereby supporting the financial power construction.In the future,high-quality development of the Hong Kong China offshore RMB hub can be further promoted through measures such as strengthening policy coordination for RMB internationalization,improving offshore RMB liquidity management,supporting the real economy in conducting cross-border business,enriching the offshore RMB ecosystem,enhancing the radiative capacity of Hong Kong’s China RMB hub,and strengthening the infrastructure for RMB internationalization.
