摘　　要：运用治理理论分析回归后澳门地区社会治理实践,可看到特区政府在巩固行政主导政制、深化行政改革发挥元治理角色、推进市场化取向改革进而增强市场治理效果、构建政府与社团良好合作关系并引导社团治理参与、夯实爱国爱澳思想基础、融入国家发展大局等方面取得有目共睹的治理绩效。总结澳门地区社会治理经验,必须坚定“一国两制”与“爱国者治澳”的根本原则,持续巩固完善行政主导体制、发挥政府元治理角色,引导社团积极参与社会治理。This study adopts the governance theory to analyze the social governance practice in Macao region since its return.It highlights significant achievements in several areas:consolidating an administrationled governance system,deepening administrative reforms to enhance the meta-governance role of the Special Administrative Region(SAR)government,promoting market-oriented reforms to improve market governance effectiveness,establishing a good cooperative relationship between the government and community organizations while guiding their participation in governance,solidifying the ideological foundation of patriotism and love for Macao region,and integrating into the broader national development framework.To summarize the governance experiences of Macao region,it is essential to firmly uphold the fundamental principles of“One Country,Two Systems”and“Patriots Governing Macao region,”continuously strengthen and improve the administrative-led system,and encourage active participation of community organizations in social governance.
