摘  要:地铁车站往往位于环境复杂和交通繁忙的位置,施工扰动会引起地层位移,导致地表沉降。以天津地铁某超深车站基坑邻近某医院重要建筑开挖为背景,重要建筑物对沉降要求更加严格,通过在超深地铁基坑与建筑物之间进行注浆,减小建筑沉降。提出两种注浆方法:一种是按需分段注浆,将注浆位置的土体推回到未受扰动的位置恢复建筑沉降,在注浆范围内布置若干段小的注浆体分别进行注浆;另一种是通长均匀注浆,注浆范围内应变值相同,当建筑沉降刚好达到目标值的应变为注浆应变。数值模拟结果表明:两种注浆方式均能使建筑沉降最大值达到控制目标,按需分段注浆之后的建筑沉降分布更加均匀,通长均匀注浆会使建筑一侧产生隆起而增大差异沉降。通长均匀注浆对车站结构的不利影响更大。对注浆方式的研究可为实际工程中选用控制建筑沉降的措施提供参考。Subway stations are often located in complex environments with heavy traffic,where construction disturbances can lead to ground displacement and surface settlement.This study investigates an ultra-deep station foundation excavation in the Tianjin Metro adjacent to an important hospital building,where strict settlement control is required due to the building's critical function.Grouting was carried out between the ultra-deep subway foundation pit and the building to mitigate settlement.Two grouting methods are proposed:one is on-demand segmented grouting,which restores the grouted soil to the undisturbed position to restore building settlement,with several small grouting segments distributed within the grouting range;the other is continuous homogeneous grouting,where the strain values within the grouting range remain consistent,and grouting is applied once the settlement strain reaches the target value.Finite element simulation results indicate that both grouting methods can reduce the maximum settlement of the building to meet control targets.However,the one-demand segmented grouting results in a more uniform settlement distribution,while continuous homogeneous grouting causes uplift on one side of the building,increasing differential settlement.Continuous homogeneous grouting also has a more adverse effect on the station structure.This study of grouting methods provides valuable insights for selecting settlement control measures in practical engineering applications.
