摘 要:箱涵顶进施工过程中产生的地层扰动会对周围既有建筑物的安全使用造成威胁。为研究多箱涵顶进下穿对既有铁路站场的影响,以三河市迎宾南路通道箱涵下穿京哈线铁路站场为工程背景,采用FLAC3D有限差分软件对箱涵顶进下穿施工进行全过程模拟,研究站场内铁路线路在箱涵不同顶进方向、顶进顺序影响下的变形受力特征,结合现场监测数据分析箱涵顶进施工过程中地表沉降规律。研究表明:箱涵通道开挖引起土层应力释放导致坑底隆起,出现通道中部隆起两侧沉降现象;箱涵顶进会扰动邻近桩基础,使上部铁路出现差异沉降;采用多箱涵并行施工方式对控制铁路纵向沉降差具有显著效果,且能有效提高施工效率。The ground disturbance caused by box culvert jacking can pose a threat to the safety of surrounding existing structures.To study the impact of multiple box culverts jacking beneath existing railway stations,this research takes the case of the box culverts undercrossing the Beijing-Harbin Railway at the Yingbin South Road Passage in Sanhe City as the engineering background,FLAC3D finite difference software was used to simulate the entire process of box culverts jacking.The deformation and stress characteristics of the railway lines in the station were analyzed under different jacking directions and sequences.Combined with field monitoring data,the surface settlement patterns during the jacking process were also studied.The results indicate that the excavation of the box culverts caused stress release in the soil,leading to uplift at the bottom of the pit and settlement on both sides of the culvert.Box culverts jacking disturbed adjacent pile foundations,causing differential settlement in the railway above.The parallel construction of multiple box culverts significantly reduced the longitudinal settlement difference of the railway lines and improved construction efficiency.
