摘 要:以毛家村水库特大桥的施工为工程背景,综合考虑工期、通行车辆重载的特点,设计了双车道栈桥和钻孔平台的详细施工方案,其中栈桥采用了型钢和贝雷梁两种主梁结构。采用Midas软件对栈桥和平台进行了建模分析,栈桥计算考虑车道荷载、车辆荷载加载的工况,建模中对结构的有限元模型做了精细化处理,使有限元模型能够反映结构实际的工作状态。计算结果表明栈桥和钻孔平台的强度、刚度均满足要求,该工程实例可为类似结构的方案设计和计算提供参考。Using the construction of the Maojiacun Reservoir super-large bridge as the engineering background,a detailed construction scheme was designed for a dual-lane trestle and drilling platform,considering the project timeline and heavy-duty vehicle traffic.The trestle incorporates steel beams and Bailey trusses as main beam structures.The trestle and platform were modeled and analyzed using Midas software,accounting for lane load and vehicle load conditions.The structural finite element model was refined to accurately reflect its actual working state.Calculation results indicate that the strength and stiffness of both the trestle and drilling platform meet design requirements.This engineering case provides a valuable reference for the design and analysis of similar structures.
