耐候环氧树脂封层材料路用性能研究

摘  要:提出了一种具有良好抗滑性能与降噪性能的路用树脂封层方案,由耐候环氧树脂+金刚砂+橡胶颗粒组成。通过断裂拉伸试验、拉拔试验、坚固性试验等对不同材料性能进行了研究与优选,并应用于陈海公路东段项目。结果显示:耐候环氧树脂拉伸强度具有强度高、变形性能好、粘结能力强的特点;金刚砂颗粒内部结构更为坚固致密,防水效果好,更适合应用于树脂薄层罩面;树脂封层可有效提高铺装水稳定性和高温稳定性,具有良好的初始抗滑性能和抗滑耐久性,具有良好的降噪效果。新型树脂封层可有效解决目前薄层环氧铺装抗剪切性能不足、耐磨耗性能不足、降噪性能不足等问题。This paper presents a resin sealing scheme for road applications with excellent skid resistance and noise reduction properties,composed of weather-resistant epoxy resin,emery,and rubber particles.The properties of various materials were investigated and optimized through fracture tensile tests,pull-off tests,and durability tests,and the solution was applied in the eastern section of the Chenhai Highway project.Findings indicate that the weather-resistant epoxy resin exhibits high tensile strength,favorable deformation performance,and strong bonding capacity.The emery particles have a solid and dense internal structure with outstanding waterproofing,making them suitable for use in thin-layer resin coatings.The resin sealing layer effectively enhances water stability and high-temperature resistance of the pavement,providing excellent initial skid resistance,durability,and noise reduction performance.This new resin sealing layer effectively addresses issues with current thin-layer epoxy pavements,including insufficient shear resistance,wear resistance,and noise reduction performance.
